These Terms govern your use of the NEUVIA mobile and web applications and the website at neuvia.care (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who can use NEUVIA
You must be at least 18 years old. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
2. What NEUVIA is — and isn't
NEUVIA is a care companion. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI Copilot offers general guidance based on dementia care best-practices; it does not provide diagnoses, prescriptions, or dosing recommendations. For medical emergencies, call 911 (or your local equivalent).
3. Your account and care team
You may invite caregivers, family members, or clinicians to your care team. Each invitee has their own role and access level. Removing a member revokes their access; data they recorded remains in your household record unless you delete it.
4. Subscriptions and payment
- Free, Plus, Premium, and Care Team plans are described on our pricing page.
- Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Cancel any time in Settings; your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period.
- We bill in US dollars via Stripe. Local taxes may apply.
- Refunds within 14 days of an annual purchase, prorated.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything other than caring for someone with cognitive impairment
- Share account credentials
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass our security controls
- Upload content that isn't yours, or that infringes anyone's rights
- Use NEUVIA to harass, deceive, or harm anyone
6. Your content
You own the content you upload (photos, voice notes, memories, logs). You grant NEUVIA a limited license to host and display it for the purpose of providing the Service to your care team. We do not use your content to train AI models unless you opt in.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we protect it.
8. Termination
You may close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put others at risk. We'll give notice when reasonable; we won't when not.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEUVIA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. NEUVIA does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific medical situation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEUVIA's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid NEUVIA in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $100.
11. Governing law
